Shipping

RuBe jewellery is created using highest quality 925 sterling silver, gold plating and rose gold plating.

Silver will tarnish over time but to help prolong this from happening avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, body lotion/spray, false tan and cleaning products. Remove when showering/swimming.

To clean your silver use a silver polish cloth or use mild soapy water and ensure to dry thoroughly before storing. Do not use silver dip as they contain harsh chemicals. Store your jewellery in an airtight container.

RuBe bracelets and rings are created on a strong elastic cord, overtime the elastic may loosen slightly.

Please ensure not to overstretch your bracelet when placing/removing, as this may lead to loss of elasticity.

Repairs and Restringing

RuBe jewellery offers a three month warranty on all elasticated jewellery from date of purchase. This does not include accidental damage, general wear and tear or over stretching. Proof of purchase and photo evidence of your jewellery will be required.

RE-STRINGING SERVICE

All elasticated jewellery is made using strong silicone thread, which may overtime loosen slightly. We offer a re-stinging service at a small fee of £5 per bracelet plus postage and packaging.

REPAIR SERVICE

Repairs are charged on a quotation basis and are subject to stock availability. Please email info@rubejewellery.com

Any jewellery items returned for repair/restringing is done at the customers own risk. Proof of postage is recommended. Please email

Please note the majority of items are made to order so please allow up to 5 working days for standard UK delivery. Personalised items will take a little longer.

Please allow up to 10 working days over busy periods such as Christmas.

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

In the event an item is not in stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
